Our Mission
We believe that success is earned – in and out of the pool. We exist to cultivate excellence in competitive swimming and personal growth by providing a positive, disciplined, and community-focused environment. We empower swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their full potential in the water, in competition, and in life.

Our Vision
We strive to be recognized as the region’s most trusted and transformative swim community—where passion meets purpose, athletes develop lifelong confidence, and every swimmer feels the power of belonging to The PAAC.
PAAC will stand for more than performance: we will stand for character, commitment, and community.
PAAC PRIDE
We celebrate our heritage and our future. Every swimmer, coach, and family is part of something bigger—a team bound by respect, spirit, and shared goals.
Our Core Values

ACCOUNTABILITY
We take ownership of our actions, effort, and attitude. Excellence is earned, not given—through responsibility to ourselves and to our teammates.
COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE
We pursue continuous improvement in technique, training, and mindset. We always prepare to compete with integrity and intensity.
COMMUNITY & CONNECTION
We fosters unity, inclusion, and a shared love of the sport that brings families and athletes together. Regionally focused, we are proud to represent more than a dozen school districts in our club.
DEVELOPMENT FOR LIFE
We develop great swimmers—and better people. Through swimming, our athletes learn resilience, leadership, and the value of hard work that extends far beyond the pool.
FUN & PASSION
We remember why we swim: for the joy of racing, the friendships we form, and the thrill of being part of something special
Athlete First. Person Always.
PAAC coaching starts with a simple belief: if we get the person right, the swimmer follows. We work hard to create an environment where athletes feel safe, respected, and seen, and where the deck feels focused without feeling tense. Swimmers learn best when expectations are clear and coaching is consistent, so we coach with clarity, patience, and purpose. Every athlete should leave practice feeling two things: I got better today, and I belong here.
Standards Build Confidence.
Confidence isn’t something swimmers either have or don’t have. It’s built through habits, and habits come from standards. At PAAC, effort, attitude, coachability, preparation, and respect are non-negotiable because they’re the foundation for growth. We hold swimmers accountable in a way that’s direct and constructive, not punitive. Feedback is part of training, not a personal critique. When athletes learn to respond to coaching, push through discomfort, and take ownership of the small things, performance becomes repeatable.
Culture is the Edge.
“Swim with the PAAC” is our way of saying you train hard, race brave, and lift others while you do it. We want swimmers who compete with confidence and also understand that teammates matter. That means celebrating others’ wins, bringing energy to the deck, and representing the club with pride at meets. We coach leadership as a skill, not a title. Athletes learn how to encourage, how to handle setbacks, and how to show up when the work is hard. Over time, that culture becomes a competitive advantage.
Beyond the Clock.
We care about performance. We also care about what performance produces. PAAC success includes time drops, finals, and championships, but it also includes stronger technique, better race decisions, composure under pressure, and resilience when things don’t go perfectly. We want swimmers to learn how to prepare, compete, and reflect so they keep improving season after season. The goal is not just fast swimming. It’s building young people who carry confidence, discipline, and character into every lane of life.
Sponsorships
Who is PAAC?
Parkland Area Aquatic Club (PAAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to developing young athletes through competitive swimming and character-driven coaching. We’re a regional, year-round USA Swimming club, serving families from more than a dozen school districts across Lehigh and Berks counties.
Why Support PAAC?
Supporting PAAC is a direct investment in local kids and the communities we all share. Your sponsorship helps us deliver a safe, positive, high-accountability program where swimmers build confidence, discipline, and lifelong habits, in and out of the pool.
Sponsorship dollars go where they matter: training equipment, scholarships in partnership with the Allentown School District, and water-safety initiatives with the City of Allentown. You’ll also gain visibility at PAAC-hosted meets that draw 700–1,200 swimmers, families, and spectators from across Middle Atlantic Swimming and beyond, bringing real energy and foot traffic to the Lehigh Valley.
